James and Robert Brooks are the owners and directors of Brooks Estate Agents. The two brothers have a combined thirty years of experience in the property market, the majority of which is in the Streatham and Balham areas. They have built a team of trusted professionals around them, both within the office and externally with talented negotiators, organised administration staff and their trusted photographer, floorplanner and EPC provider.

Robert has worked for three large firms of estate agents in the last eight years where he has been quickly promoted to manager for all three. He has always worked in London, both in the City and across South West. He has great experience in both sales and lettings and has lived for many years in the Streatham area but now lives in Peckham with his wife, Alex and son, Gus.
James began his career in 1997 for a leading Estate agent in Brighton, eventually he managed the busiest office in the town. In 2003 he joined a large firm of agents in London where he stayed until opening Brooks in 2010. For the last six years he has managed the most successful sales office in Streatham before joining forces with his brother Robert to go into business for themselves. James has been residing in the Streatham area for many years and knows the area inside out.
