I am a first time buyer who has been lucky enough to be guided through the whole process by Holly. She offered highly efficient and empathetic support from the first viewing with Brooks all the way to completion day. I felt that Holly was often the only person I could rely on while navigating between solicitors and mortgage brokers, which was really appreciated being someone new to it all. I’m a tenant in a Brooks property and Aggie has been absolutely fantastic throughout the tenancy. We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.

I have to say my experience of estate agents in the past has not been all that positive but I'm so happy after moving in to a property managed by Brooks that I felt compared to share here.
